Notes

·        Hire rates are for the complete 3 bedroom Unit - not per person.

·        The local council has licensed these premises for a maximum of 8 person occupancy only.

·        Bed linen and towels are now supplied, for your convenience.

·        Plenty of pillows, feather doonas and blankets are provided.

·        Premises will only be available for occupancy from 3.00pm on the first day.

·        Premises must be vacated by 9:30am on the final day.

·        A weekly charge applies for the period from 3pm on Sunday to 9:30am the following Sunday.

·        A five day week charge applies for the period from 3pm on the Sunday until 9:30am on a following Friday.

·        A weekend charge applies for the period from 3pm on the Friday until 9:30am on the following Sunday.

·        A linen surcharge at the rate of $25.00 per head will apply in addition to the above rates.

Booking Conditions

·        A booking will only be considered confirmed on receipt of a deposit of 50% of the booking total.

·        The remaining balance must be paid 28 days prior to occupation.

·        Please note that bed linen and towels are supplied and included in the price.

Cancellations

·        Any cancellation less than 28 days prior to occupation will incur a $100 penalty.
